Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our order cancellation policy is as follows:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct products and quantities are ordered. Orders cannot be edited once they are submitted. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to cancel any portion of orders shipping directly from a distributor. If you request, and at our discretion, we may be able to cancel orders that ship directly from our local warehouse, but only if we are able to see and respond to your cancellation request prior to your order entering the packaging queue. If you request cancellation of your order, and we are able to do so, you may be assessed a 6% cancellation fee, which is the fee we are charged by your card issuer for processing and refunding your transaction. Refusal to accept delivery of an order may be subject to a restocking fee of 6%, as well as any return shipping charges.
