Delaware has the following shipping restrictions and/or additional requirements:
  1. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL.
  2. Individuals must be of legal age to purchase ammunition or firearms.
  3. No sales of shotguns and/or rifles to anyone under 21 years of age.
  4. No sales of variants of AR/AK rifles or pistols.
  5. No sales of complete AR/AK receivers.
  6. No sales of semi-automatic pistols or semi-automatic rifles with fixed magazines with a capacity of 17+.
  7. No sales of detachable magazines with a capacity of 17+.
