Washington State - Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

Washington State has the following shipping restrictions and/or additional requirements:
  1. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL.
  2. Individuals must be of legal age to purchase ammunition or firearms.
  3. No sales of rifles or pistol magazines with a capacity of 10+.
  4. No sales of firearms parts kits or build kits.
  5. No sales of threaded barrels.
  6. No sales of barrel shrouds/handguards.
  7. No sales of shotgun magazines with a capacity of 7+.
  8. No sales of complete AR/AK receivers.
  9. No sales of stripped receivers.
  10. No sales of non-compliant AR-AK pistols or rifles.
  11. No sales of non-compliant handguns or shotguns.
  12. No sales of shotguns with revolving cylinders.
  13. No sales of rifles under 30 inches in length.
  14. No sales of semi-automatic rifles under 30 inches in length.
  15. No sales of automatic knives.
